Lucy’s Sitter & Co. provides personalized childcare, pet care, Spanish tutoring, and household and travel support, for busy families. For a more detailed list please reference services section.
We primarily serve families throughout Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Arcadia, Biltmore, and surrounding areas. However, if we are outside of you area we can connect you to a great provider due to robust network.
Our pricing is customized based on the type of service, frequency, travel requirements, special requests, and even same-day bookings. For the most accurate quote, we recommend emailing us , DMing us on the social media located at bottom of site, or scheduling a free consulatation . This way, we can tailor a package that fits your exact needs and budget.
How to Pay
1. Receive your invoice via email.
2. Send payment to the Zelle or Venmo Business Account details provided on the invoice.
3. Payment cofirmation sent.

Invoicing & Payment Schedule
One-Time Services:
• Invoiced after the service is completed and payment is due after
5 days.
Recurring Services:
• Invoices are sent every two weeks (unless you request a different schedule).
• Payment is due within
5 days.

Late Payments
Late fees apply to overdue invoices as outlined in your service contract. If your account is past due, we may pause services until payment is received.
Your Meet & Greet is an opportunity to talk through your needs, routines, preferences, availability, and any questions you may have before booking.
Yes! Overnight care is available for childcare, pet care, and household and travel support, depending on your specific needs and availability.
Yes! Multiple-child and multi-pet care can be accommodated depending on the booking, ages, needs, and number of children or pets.
Yes! Spanish enrichment and bilingual support are available, including everyday Spanish exposure, bilingual play, and activities. We also offer designated Spanish tutoring for all ages.
Yes! For exisiting clients we currently offer $15 dollars off of a service(s) valued at $90+ . We also offer referall perks for network providers, if you want to partner please email us for more details.
We do not currently require a deposit as we aim to build trust with our customers. However, repeated cancellations may result in the inability to book with us in the future
If cancelled less than 24 hrs it is subject for a 50% charge of total service charge. Same day would result in 100% of total service charge.
